Mental Health Initial Visit
First evaluation with the Provider for assessment and creating treatment plan. You will have one hour with the provider to get introduced and settled with an appropriate plan of care. Transfer of care patients during this visit can re-evaluate treatment and make adjustment that are appropriate.
Mental Health Follow up Visit
Follow up visit to discuss treatment plan and medication management.
